Owens employees are equipped with the resources they need to adjust procedures as we all navigate this dynamic situation. We will update our procedures to adhere to the most effective health and safety standards.
Mandatory Facial Coverings & Social Distancing:
We respectfully require customers follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by public health officials, including wearing a facial covering when visiting us. It is our responsibility to protect our employees and comply with local public health mandates. As such, our employees have the right and responsibility to refuse service to customers who are not wearing facial coverings. As we continue to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and customers, we have temporarily closed our restrooms to the public, with exceptions made for uniformed emergency responders.
- Employee precautions: Owens Supply is also taking precautions for every employee to protect them and our customers. Prior to beginning work, all employees complete a pre-check, including taking their temperature, to ensure they are ready and able to work. Employees are also required to wear facial coverings and continue to frequently wash their hands.
- Enhanced cleaning measures: Owens Supply is committed to caring for the health and well-being of its employees and customers. The company continues to observe cleaning and sanitizing protocols that meet or exceed public health guidelines and can help to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Ordering and Picking up
- Pickup: Pickup is available. To utilize pickup, place your order by phone, email, text or Owenssupply.co online store, once you arrive, call us and we will bring your order to your vehicle.
- Owens Supply Delivers: Customers can also use Owens Supply Delivery to have their order delivered to their jobsite or warehouse . For delivery, customers can request a “contactless” handoff by adding a "call first" phone number. The driver can leave their order at a designated spot. A "proof of delivery picture" can be texted to the number.
